1. Mode Mobile LLC offers transactional notification via SMS text messaging. These messages are for educational purposes only. By signing up for the Mode Earn App, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in each of our terms of service and privacy. Our Terms of Service incorporate all of the terms and conditions set forth in these terms associated with SMS text messaging.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the texting number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again reply with the word “START” or join again the same way you did when you originally explicitly opted-in.
3. Text messages may be sent using pre-recorded/artificial voice messages and/or through the use of automatic dialing devices. Message frequency varies. For help email us at support@modemobile.com
4. Consent is not a condition of the purchase of any goods or services.
5. Messages could result in a charge and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. By opting-in for SMS messages you authorize the use of text messages from our company.

8. I further acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with applicable law, SMS messages may be sent during and outside of standard hours, including evenings and Sundays, unless I choose to opt out of such extended delivery.
